We’re looking for a Community Lead to join our marketing team to create and nurture our new AI tool Facebook community. Reporting to the product manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing the community strategy where you will set the vision, define key KPIs, and scale community programs that will help scale our AI tool to a wider audience.
What will you do?
- Build and grow the community of the newly established AI tool, to attract more clients and support existing ones, organize regular interactions and help, and collect feedback;
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for community needs;
- Perform community management functions on social media: inform community members, create a positive atmosphere, and involve people in product activities;
- Establish relationships within the Ai tool community and identify opportunities for potential brand ambassadors;
- Plan, host, and execute regular educational workshops with partners, community members, and customers.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience building and nurturing community;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English);
- Knowledge of social media work and analytics principles (Facebook groups, Instagram Youtube, TikTok);
- Experience working with tech savvy communities;
- Passion for AI tools and technologies;
- Clear articulation of business objectives for the community initiatives and ability to quantify ROI;
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills;
- Comfortable being the forward-facing member of the marketing team;
- Ability to work independently.
